💡 Holiday Lights Collection
Don’t throw away your broken or unwanted holiday lights! From November 15th to January 31, 2025, you can drop off your tangled lights and cords at the Parks & Recreation Department, located at 920 West 10th Street. Please do not drop off cord adapters, plastic rope lights, CFL lights, or battery packs. Garlands, fake trees, statuary, and metal ﬁxtures are also not accepted.

⚖️ City Council Meeting

On the agenda for tonight’s County Council meeting:

Acceptance of multiple donations, including funds for the Police Department, Arts & Culture Commission, and Parks & Recreation.
Approval of a construction grant for City Hall repairs and a resolution supporting a grant application for private property inflow and infiltration mitigation.
Discussion in a closed meeting regarding the purchase of real property at 1292 North Frontage Road for a water treatment plant.

🎓️ Fall 2024 Seasonal Sports Highlights
From the Fall 2024 season, there was a 76% retention rate and 59% of athletes playing multiple sports. An average team GPA of 3.52, with a positivity survey rate of 98%! The combined varsity record was 26-17-2 (60%) in MEC, and 48-42-2 overall (53%).
