Hastings Public House Lands Star Tribune Shoutout for Their Must-Try Burger

Hastings Public House just got a nice little spotlight in the Star Tribune! Their Loaded Tot Burger was featured as one of the best things the paper’s food writer ate last week.

If you haven’t tried it yet, this burger is no joke.
It’s a thick, juicy patty with melty cheddar, bacon, a smoky tomato drizzle, and their housemade “tater topper” — basically a crispy, cheesy hashbrown crown.
And yes, it comes with tots on the side.
It’s the kind of burger you’ll want to tell people about.
The writer also gave a thumbs-up to their Public House nachos, which are built on housemade potato chips and loaded with pulled pork, queso, coleslaw, and barbecue sauce.
You might remember their winter MiniSota Sampler — tater tot hotdish, chicken pot pie, and meatloaf — which made the rounds on social media.
That’s off the menu for now, but definitely worth watching for again when the weather cools down.
